Next step with upgrades for 15b
Here are my currently equips and a buffed range around 1mil to 1.1mil. I'm in the process of getting link skills from kanna demon avenger and kaiser. I'm gonna sell these vss for 10b and hopefully use it to scroll my clean hyades boots.

Medal: Black Swordsman
Badge: RED Warrior
Emblem: 9% ATT 12% str 30 % pdr
Pendant: 1. Rein 12% str 31 atk, 2. Rein 15% str 31 atk
Belt: 7 star Tyrant Hyades 9% str
Secondary: Berserk Chain 9% str 12% ATT
Wep: Fafnir Moon Glaive 295 att 60% boss, 40% PDR, 25% boss neb
Ring 1: Tempest Ring 9% str
Ring 2: Absolute Ring
Ring 3: The Boss Sylph ring
Ring 4: Rein ring perfect 15% str

I would prioritize weapon bonus pot on miracle time for a few reasons:
-bonus cubes are expensive and some feel have a lower rate for tier ups normally. Miracle time assists greatly with this task and is once in a blue moon opportunity.
-Bonus cubes are nx exclusive. You can still rank your tyrants up to unique without nx with the use of craftsman cubes. Don't waste your nx on something you can get without nx by sacrificing something you can't get without nx.
-The %att lines will contribute to your range more. Remember, you have less sources for %att so it's harder to make up for the lack thereof. You have plenty of avenues to get %stat relatively speaking, and you already have a decent amount of %stat so you need to start balancing it out with some more att which you are progressing with nicely.

In addition to the above, aim for bonus potential att% on our 2ndary and emblem during miracle time. For the time being, get 7 star shoes first as I think that might be the biggest range booster, then start replacing your rings with 15%stat. I recommend scrolling them yourself to potentially stay within your 15 bil budget. Though that's just due to my own experience with scroll luck vs cubing luck so use your own discretion.
switch out shoes for tyrants and 5ee them.
also u need to roll 15+% on your your equips.
start sneaking in and replace some of ur rings with perf scrolled gollux - sup/solid.
