What is the best VIP spear i can get with
1.5bil?
I prefer to get one scrolled because im not good at scroll (tried to scroll a psb, only 3 out of 15 pinks landed)
Any ideas?

It doesnt have to be perfectly scrolled, would i get one over 150 atk?

I was gonna get a VIP because i heard that dark impale will turn everything to fast so speed wouldnt matter

It will work for a DRK. You should get a PSB.
