Yes. you should do that if you plan on looking for end game equips.

And i've tried...I know how to merch, but it just seems like I go along at a snail's pace while other people can make billions in a week. Then again, I don't play often, and i feel like negotiating prices takes a really long time =/. If you would like, PM me with advice on specific items you merch that are easy to buy cheap and sell high. If not, I can always go along at my snail's pace of merching =P

How can he help? You basically just told us you can't merch. What do you want him to do for you. If you have no mushie shop or the sales permit its almost impossible to merch effectively. If you can't be in the fm then the only way for you to merch is to go in the shops and try and find a good deal. Although with no shop to sell anything in and u not being able to go in channel 1 there is no point. Your options are A get a better computer and NX or B don't merch.

Third, you quit maple.

Get a 9-12% top/bottom, 6-9% STR gloves, and a 6-9% belt. That will be like 3.2b or so. With the last 800m, get a 6% cZak or 6% Empress hat.

So here's the plan atm i think

Empress Glove get it to 32 att (around 1.75bil)
Top + Bottom 6-9% (600-700mil each)
Empress or Czack Helm

What formulae is that?

I would get empress gloves and GM scroll all the slots as a priority. (32atk boost, with the str and what not on the gloves)
That would cost 1.5-2b ish.
With the remaining 2b I would get a belt (or wait until the new dojo ones), 6-9% top and bottom (roughly 600-1.2b), Evolving Ring 17 1, and get the empress hat/ czak.

I wouldn't get the overall and cape unless you're planning to get the whole set.

With leftover mesos, I would EE the PSB. At 150atk each EE would give +4attack

How much would my range increase (like a 25k range buffed atm) with 30% more str and like 20 wep at more?

You can get a %str czhelm, 6%+ str top and bottom, angelic blessing ring (noticed you didn't have it), and a 3-6% str SMG with 12+ w.att
