Thank you Nexon, saved me today
I was hacked today. My password was changed and my email was changed. The hacker used my Nx and psoked everything. Luckily, due to greediness he wanted to jack all my other characters, but I was spamming my ID and PW so the account was frozen. Meanwhile, I was trying to get the live chat support. And after an hour, my email was changed. I got my account back and everything was in place. Just that everything is now scissored and "ready to go". As we speak I am locking all my gear. But I couldn't have received my account back without Nexon, and therefore I am thankful.

After you get hacked, regardless of losing your items or not. The game doesn't feel safe anymore. At the moment I feel like I may get hacked at any given moment. I did lock my items, but that doesn't make me feel any safer. I try to keep my account online all the time, but that is just stupid in a way. Anyway, I wish that none of you will ever get hacked. It is a really bad and crappy feeling.
As of now I don't really feel like playing anymore, but it could just be the fact that i'm overloaded with exams and papers.

Wow I'm sorry to hear that happened. It must've been scary as hell. But congratulations on getting your account back!
Do you have any sort of idea what probably caused this to happen? I mean have you downloaded anything recently or anything that could've put you at risk?

wow good job getting your account back but not having the nx and the security questions changed is gonna make it a little difficult to change stuff and more hack prevention. hope you are able to take all the precautions to make sure this doesn't happen again.

I can take this in the following ways:
1) Nexon is starting to have better customer support.
2) You were extremely lucky.
3) Something happened to your mind so you planned an incredible strategy to involve nexon, your account and the hacker to save the respective account.
Reformat your computer asap.
If you got hacked, would you have quit? Or would you have started over?

friendly tip: if you want to remove psoks, put your items in your storage and then take them back on the same character, that counts as a trade
