2014 Crafting Potentials?
Hi Everyone
It has come to my attention that crafting items (Smithing, Fusing, Crafting) with potentials higher than rare seems to be either less common now or impossible
Could someone verify this for me?

I crafted a Unique Gold Label Knight Cape about a week ago.

OT: It is possible still.
I crafted an epic heart just yesterday so it's not impossible.
