Newbie Guide Vol. 2

Continuation of Newbie Guide since I probably hit the word limit already, they won't let me submit my edits anymore

If you have Permanent Hyper Teleport Rock, disregard this.

[header]Quick Travel[/header]
Now this is for the sake of convenience. If you prefer the old school way of travelling, and by that, I mean by foot, I won't stop you.

Look under your Mini Map, you should see a "Quick Move" button if you're at a town. Just click that and you can easily access some of the most important services in any town at any given location, such as Dimensional Mirror, Free Market, Ardentmill, Taxi, etc.

But those are not important, we ARE talking about travelling ALL over Maple World.
If not, most of the major town. There are a few methods which can make this possible.

[header]Method 1[/header]: Use Dimensional Mirror from any town and go to Momijigaoka.

Once you're there, I think if you move to Party Quest Area with the Dimensional Mirror and when you go out, you'll find yourself at Mushroom Shrine, so save yourself some time from walking there.

When you're at Mushroom Shrine, just go all the way to the left ( << ) and talk to the Tour Guide to send you back to Henesys.

Once you're at Henesys, you require to use the Quick Move again and this time, go to the "Station". The icon looks like a ship, you can't miss it.
Once you're at the station, just climb the ladder down and reach the 6 Path Crossway. Then climb all the way back up until you see a gaint door at the left (do not go back to the station).

That's the doorway to Grandis. A world in a different dimension than MapleStory. Just click on that door and move to Grandis, once you're there. Ignore everything else and don't move from there, unless you want to explore Grandis.

Just click on that gaint door again and then you can select whichever town you want to move to.

[header]Method 2[/header]: This one require you to have a Victoria Island Town Scroll and completed the Root Abyss prequest so you can teleport there any time.

This method is a little faster and less steps to do, but requires you to finish a prequest which you only need to do once.

You can access Root Abyss using the Dimensional Mirror in most town. Once you're there, just use the town scroll to go back to any town in Victoria Island, use the Quick Moves and go to the station, and you know the rest....
You can access Root Abyss from anywhere in the world by clicking the "Star" icon I believe? And you should be able to see a grey, bluish door. Just click that and select "yes", then you should be teleported to Root Abyss.
Unfortunately, the root abyss icon was taken out of the event drop down on the side bar and is now accessible from the mirror
we'll make mrb turn it into a sticky ~_~;;
there are too many returning players because like itachifire and someone else mentioned in another thread, maple is just that kind of game, so an up-to-date overview of getting back into the game is very much needed here
aw.. you caught me with my typos xD
"would"

And I tried to edit it as fast as I could too
once this is a guide, everything in here will be available for use
(well, some of the stuff has been broken for a while and mrb doesn't seem to care, but most work)
Well, I'm not sure about this getting sticky. And I won't count on it
yeah, that's why i mentioned second comment, since first comment is taken in other thread, leaving you room to add the next parts on

i wouldn't worry too much about using a header or not in the forum version, cuz once this gets stickied you won't have an issue with the word limit and then you can chuck all the headers you want in
Will I be able to link my Table of Content to a certain text in the 2nd comment then? For the sake of convenience so people won't have to scroll down all the way to find information they're looking for. Or use Ctrl+F
why not edit the add-ons onto your second comment?
Because I cannot use header on my 2nd comment.

Plus, Basil don't allow you to post 2 times in a row
