I haven't seen anywhere that it's coming and prolly just a typo? I thought mihile was an exclusive and our exclusive were jetts so yeah. Also p/c in khaini.

Even all our mastery books have Mihille class in them. Check your Advanced Final Attack.

We have the data. They're are books in the game already. All classes get "discontinued" in KMs but brought back with revamps later on. Even if Mikhail doesn't come back in KMS. Doesn't mean that GMS won't take that class anyway. GMS copy/pastes KMS 99% of the time. It is almost guarentee that we will get Mikhail.
Everything mostly KMS make is exclusive. Don't you guys know exclusive just mean that was the version to create the content and released it first. Example CTF was exclusive to gms then got released to other version.

Never was exclusive, otherwise it would've been officially announced by KMS which it was not.
No where has it ever said Mikail was exclusive.

Do research. It was never an exclusive. Dumb people just said so bc they thought it was. Then the telephone game happened and everyone started to believe the dumb people.
