Detail info abt new scroll systerm
weapon enhancement:
lv100 or higher: 100%=1stat+3att; 70%=2stats+5att; 30%=3stats+7att; 15%=4stats+9att
lv99 or below: 100%=2att; 70%=1stats+3att; 30%=2stats+5att; 15%=3stats+7att
spell trace amt needed unknown.
not sure abt armor or sheild enhancement.
Edit: for da weapon, 1stat=50hp
i think 100% for glove is 2att, this might be wrong.

@epicderp: They all function the same as before.
@Undexme: Yeah, it gives +7 of your main stat only at 30%; +4 at 70%; and +3 at 100%. There's no 15% option (tested on level 130 overall)
well looking at the video they posted - 30% on armor gives 7 stat ( not all , just one )
so glad i dont have to rescroll stuff again ... nexon just love doing that

You're correct for the Level 100+ weapons as I just checked a level 130 cane on KMS and the boosts were the same. I can't list the fafnir stats because I'm too poor to afford one, although I think the boosts would be the same as any level 100+ weapon.
I just checked a level 60 weapon and these were the upgrade stats:
100% = 1 atk; 70% = 2 atk; 30% = 1stats+3 atk; 15% = 2stats+5 atk
As for gloves, these were the stats for a level 110 thief glove:
100% = 1 atk; 70% = 2atk; 30% = 3 atk; there's no 15% option.

No 100% option; 70%=1 atk; 30%=2atk; no 15% option.
9 was for fafnir weps, sw prob gets 10
ele staff prob gets 10 or 11.

it really depends on the item level, highest we can get is 9 att i think.
I believe the highest att you can get with spell traces is +7

also for ppl who stock up medal of honnor, 1 medal only gives maximum of 10 honor exp. to lock legendary tier, it cost u 10k exp. gg
