Stop complaining
1. Shoulders were released later in KMS, as was the Normal Version of Lotus. Right now we only have Hard Lotus.
2. To get to the Lotus map / Coin Shop map you have to use the boss queue for Hard Lotus to warp there. As far as I'm aware there is not other way to access it.

they said the rest of the armor parts are coming in a next patch

I don't even bother. Just assume I was chaos scrolling a absolab shoulder and was a bit unlucky.
Didn't KMS bring in the shoulder a little bit later? I may be wrong though.
