ususaly they wont bother translate the name if they not ready to release the item.

i owled myself recently and yeah that was teh old set but i believe tehres also a revamp of that set in kms, source can be found @orangemushrrom,but it has no detailed stats of the revamped set
EDIT: it also says tehres 7 items in that set so i guess it should be the shoulder.
