Quick Question
So I recently sent Nexon an email addressing a recent problem, and I was wondering how long does it usually take for them to reply. My friend told me that they never reply, and it has only been a day, but is that true?

It really depends on what your problem is. If its a current bug/problem they would probably pay more attention to it and reply sooner. When I was hacked a couple years back, they replied after a year and a half and even then, took a while to address the hack.
around 4-5 years ago, i sent a ticket for a hacked account. took them a bit over a year and a half to reply.
The problem will probably be solved before they read your email. Which says a lot since nexon never solves problems.
I don't know what these guys are talking about when they say weeks... I have sent numerous emails to Nexon's support and received replies within the next day. They stop being so interested when you tend to send multiple emails about things they already answered in a previous email so keep that in mind.

Nah, but in all seriousness, it should only take about 3-5 days. They seem to respond a bit faster, address the issue more seriously, and do less copy/paste in their ticket responses to their emails. Last time I sent an email, they got back to me within the week.
Be thankful their normal website ticket system is down; otherwise it's hellish cos they [b]never[/b] respond to those haha.
I've sent two tickets since their support site went down for maintenance. It took from a couple days to a couple weeks for them to respond.
