What I can not handle
I can not handle people who win an auction, and you find them online but they are afk during the time slot of the appointment made without reasonable excuse except that they forgot.
How do you guys handle this? I'm about to lose my mind here.

You are absolutely right except I want to avoid that at all costs. No one wants a negative feedback and if I give one I will most likely receive one in turn out of spite.

Wasn't trying to bash, I'm looking for advice to cope. I have schedules to follow as well. We both agreed to an appointment. Is it too much to expect that they keep it?
And I'm sorry I didn't put enough background information. I've been trying to end this trade for the past three days.
I'm typically either very busy in-game, or out of game. It would be courteous to schedule a time to meet for the trade, yeah? If that's the case, I'm sorry you're having trouble on your end.
Plan another time the day after and send a PM a few hours before the meetup to make sure they remember.
