How do I properly cite images?

So I've used some images that I saved from the internet and am unsure as to what I'm meant to be including exactly when I cite them in my web page.
Don't really have time to consult my lecturer since this is due tomorrow but what are things I MUST include?

P.S. These are just images of movies/games/music from when I searched their names into google images. So a random picture of Cloud from FFVII for example.
