guide to see a s neb in game: 1. go to cash shop 2. buy an owl 3. go to fm 4. use owl 5. write "combat orders" or "int %" (any stat %) 6. mouse over the s neb

S Nebs are only available for the internal test server, they were never released (outside of item generating) in GMS.
I've heard of them, never seen them though
All I know is you have to hack for them

They exist but not legitimately. Any of them on the market are hacked.
S nebs are in the data. They were never released though. The only time it was around was when they got hacked in.
Their present in the wz files, so they are technically "in GMS".
Just not accessible through legitimate means at this time.
