Is there a limit to the amount of boxes you can get on an account? I got one on my character in Windia but it's not appearing on my character in reboot

Is there a limit to the amount of boxes you can get on an account? I got one on my character in Windia but it's not appearing on my character in reboot

One hot time/day box per account, doesn't matter which world you choose.
