Kaiser Final Form speed decreased?
have anyone notices using giga wave with final form of kaiser is slower after the update or is it just me.
the skill mention it add +2 speed attack. but i notices its slower than not transforming.

Heard that they made it so that final form speed boost doesn't stack with the other speed boosts you get. Not sure if it was intentialnal or not.
it so slow that i can do 2 giga wave in normal form than doing 1 giga wave in final form.
but im just asking is it just me that giga wave in final form got slower after update.
might be slow but remember that giga wave hit more times while transformed too
hope its a glitch.
it was pretty fast during v1.25
I think the gigas wave skill itself is changed during transformation so that speed is sacrificed for increased mob hit count from 1 to 3.
If not, it's just a glitch. But seeing as KMS kaisers have the same problem, I'm starting to think it was intentional.
