Live chat regarding ban appeals
my friends said its a good way to get unbanned talking to GMs but i cannot seem to live chat they said the issue can only be handled by sending tickets but it takes forever anyone know how to talk to the GMs thx!

Tickets aren't going to help; they're standing firm on this one. The best you'll probably get is a possible unban after a few months.
Based on the responses from the GMs in the forums, it doesn't look like any bans relating to the bounty hunter exploit will be getting unbanned anytime soon, regardless of the amount of NX you've spent on this game..
You need to post in there ban appeal forum after you send in a ticket. This will expedite your ticket in 1-2 business days instead of a month or never... which is stupid IMO. But its works.
they stand firm on these 30 day/permanent bans for people who clicked the bounty hunter quest a few times when it was actually an exploit due to nexon's own mistakes but they refuse to give botters who do it through their own will any type of ban
gg any other suggestions? like mostly on how to get to chat them i will worry bout others things later
You're not getting unbanned if it's the bounty hunter exploit, unless you paid loyal support to them. Which is about $160 of nx.
Good luck getting your ban appealed if the reason behind the ban is the bounty hunter exploit.
