i cant find the page to talk to a GM via live chat? has anyone found t?

You have to be logged in to live chat with a GM.
Then go here: [url=https://support-maplestory.nexon.net/hc/en-us][/url]
go to support and log in.
on the corner it should say "live chat with gm!" or something
