Excel document to end Dps threads. Yes or No?

Simply put, I had the idea of creating a Excel sheet that would have a damage range formula built into it for all thief classes. Additionally it would have a DPS calculator for each class so you can directly compare the numbers you would be doing as each. So you can know what class would do the most damage with your gear and the weapons you have at your disposal. In other words it would allow you to impute weapons for each class separately and choose additional things such as DSI and MPE green potions. I also think the option to add or remove buffs such as FC for DBs, or Xenon's Buff and so on would be helpful in case the individual using it doesn't have enough % buff duration.

Sadly however, I cannot make such a thing as I do not know excel all that well. And do not posses the time to learn and create it as of right now. But I wish to openly invite someone that is skilled in the matter of both excel documents and MapleStory formulas/attacks [%damages/speeds] of each class. o.o

Imagine how simple it would be to figure out what class you would get the most damage per second from with your own individual range and weapons. We'd be able to see just how much more damage NW does over another class, or the turning point when a shadower using MC+ME over powers a DB doing Cap damage.

If something like this already exists please feel free to share it. <3

i made one before bigbang, and been strugling to keep it up to date and it's been to hard with all the new formulas and links skills and everything that comes from all kinds of sources.
and need to keep ontop of every revamp there is and all kinds of potions and speed increase there is (and when the speed cap is reached for X class and X skill).
And then comes the buffs like Crosssourge for Phantom... and if Rage is used or not, and perhaps FC for simple showoff in the chart.

But the hardest part i've had with it is when does each stat combined roundoff and on what side does MW count and every thing like % total damge and %att and what stacks and what doesn't to make your Excel stats show EXACTLY the same total stats as your ingame stats (you'd understand when you're working on a chart what i'm speaking off). Going past damage cap makes it impossible to just plot in the damage range you have as you don't know exactly your range.

It's not so much about knowing Excel, it's just as much knowing how everything is calced in Maple. I've not any complete sheets or calculators after bigbang that does what i've been trying to do. Like you can change a single item out in the sheet and see the difference what X item would give you over Y item

i guess it would be easier if the range was plotted in instead of ALL your items as i have it... or perhaps just typing the level of the link skills (and having the stats placed somewhere else to make it easier)

@ChickenS0up Awesome! The only thing to add is hyper bonus %damage, since we would expect a bossing person to be around lv 200. And since level 200 is a easy achievement for a main character on a account.

from tests and everything at max attack speed:

Midnight Carnival: 8 * 138% * 1.7 - 138%* 0.7 = 1780.2% per hit, 95 hits/min (630 ms), DPM: 169119%
Meso Explosion: 25 * 102% = 2550% per hit, 57 hits/min (1050 ms): DPM: 145350%

Midnight Carnival + Meso Explosion (full coin) :
- assuming 2 MC is needed to drop 25 coins (2 * 15 lines, 80% coin droprate per line)
- 2 MC + 1 ME = 2310 ms, 26 times/min
DPM: 158870.4%

Quad Throw: 5 * 378% * 1.7 = 3213% per hit, 118 hits/min (510 ms), DPM: 379134%

Phantom Blow: 7 * 240% * 1.7 = 2856% per hit, 125 hits/min (480 ms), DPM: 357000%

@chickens0up that would be great. How many hits a second would assassinate do, quad throw, and in a 10 second interval how many times can you MC then full coin ME. Also %damage of each skill and so on.
