We need a 2nd mastery
as the title says i THINK we are the only class with out a 2nd mastery and, to me, it annoys me When im fully buffed i have a ranged of 34k~45k (self buff with MW10) yea i see all these other classes with similar ranges but about 42k~45k (like my friends Lumi almost UN-BUFFED). dont you think Bams need a second mastery?

Kanna has high mastery, the skill's Japanese name is Kasen. Hayato does not have high mastery, however (you were right there). Dark Knights also have high mastery from Beholder.

Heroes, Arch Mages, Battle Mages, Jett, Kanna and Hayato. That's about it.

They do, from Beholden. They also get 35 attack (5 more than normal Expert skills) from Hex. The total SP spent is 30 (the same as most other Expert skills). The 15% minimum critical damage is already obtained at 3rd job with Dragon Wisdom (which gives 30%).
there's still a couple classes that dont have a 2nd mastery-heroes, jetts, drks, i think the arch mages dont but im not sure. it would be nice if battle mages did get it, but battle mages are one of the top classes for hypers so i woulnt be too bad over it.
Try being a Hero. My damage (fully buffed) can range from 600k per hit to max dmg per hit.....
Yes, bishops do have second mastery but it's just because we have bad ranges and need ridiculous amounts of funding to reach godly damage. >.<
@Koncept: only bishops have a second mastery. i think it comes from their 3rd job skill holy focus. they also have like 75% base crit from their skills alone

But dont F/p and I/l have a 2nd Magic mastery or is that only Bishops (never played Explorer mage before)
@Apachai: that only Boost our Dmg not mastery. if thats the case we have like 4 DMG boost skills (ADA, Body boost, battle mastery, Battle rage. all Dmg boosts not masterys)

Eh to be honest, I don't really know. It would be awesome but with hyper skill coming up, I think that will be enough to make us pretty epic especially the perma body boost (I know a lot of folks mention this but hey its perma!) But hey, if we ever get a second mastery, that would be sweet.
I guess the only reason BaMs don't get a second mastery is because of Dark Aura.
