Could this be a good end game if scrolled right?
I have a lvl 150 sengoku staff with 184 m.atk. If I protect scroll+ 20% from the shop.
It's 3l 15% PDR rare. So I gotta cube it anyways.
I also have 6/7 empress so I get the 30% boss
Is it good or should I aim for a ele staff 5-8

I heard you can get +1speed potions that last 30 minutes from monster park extreme so you can use those as a cheap alternative.
+1 speed, from what I've seen, is really hard to get on inner abilities. Besides, scrolling with 20%s is crazy expensive, why not just go for a pre-scrolled Elemental staff.
Also, if you have 6/7 pieces without the staff, how'd you get the shoulder so quickly

Its maplestory, so nothing is ever end game. If you can live with the attackspeed, go for it
If you have the time/money to get the +1 IAS or Decent SI, the Myth staff is better. Otherwise Staff 5-8 is better. The general rule is that for every 1 point of speed you lose 10% damage, so you would need a staff with greater than 196 base magic attack to beat the 2 speed E. Staff damage-wise.
