You can probably get like up to 20 within an hour on 2x drop. Dream Fragments are much more rare because of the lower spawn rate.
Even gallant emblem have a higher drop rate than Dreams fragments

thats the thing i just wasted all mesos getting the recipe (90m) and now i have nothing to back my self up with (not even for Pots -_-)
