question on the Unique pot scroll
does it work on items that already have a pot (IE: rare, epic) will it raise it to Unique? or no?
edit: also are ending auctions bugged?

I think it's like the 80% epic scrolls they gave a while back except 60% and unique?

well if its a unique pot scroll... I guess it would do the same as an epic pot scroll except make it UNIQUE?

It works on items that do not already have a hidden potential or if it has a Rare or Epic Potential.
It doesn't work on any item which is already Unique or higher.
And yes, it raises your current potential to Unique, otherwise, why call it Unique potential scroll
It's common sense...
And it won't boom your item if it's not stated in the description.
If it doesn't say it will boom upon failure then it doesn't. (Check in-game event tab and look at scroll)
And like Epic potential scrolls you can use these on anything that is lower then unique. (Will reset potential and make it unique)
