Phantom load out bug?
Hi guys today I went I my phantom to hs one of my friends. And because of the sp resets I ha to reassign my skills
But now when ever I use my load out. It brings up the character info windows. I can't set any of my stolen skills. I've tryed reloging, changing channels, restarting game/computer and nothing
Help please?

Yes, it's glitched at the moment. You can steal a skill to get the loadout. If you don't have any slots in the loadout, then you're out of luck like me.
