where can i find the recipie for this item?

I got the recipe from normal Mori, I also got a 1-h axe and a cannon and a bunch of armor pieces, the hard part is they need 200 superior item crystals to craft.
@Koncept: Yea, any boss that requires an expedition to be made.
You can get the Recipe from Ranmaru. Crazy Ranmaru to be exact. I have done countless of normal Ranmaru runs and I have only gotten 1 shoulder recipe.
The shards as previous poster said, you can get them from Bosses. Zak, Hilla, Von Leon, HT, etc. They are pretty rare.

Weapon shards drop from big bosses.
It can drop from normal and madman ranmaru I believe
Edit: in case I read it wrong, you need 200 superior item crystals and 1 of each weapon shard , which drops from most, if not all, bosses
