We're still going to say no to your question. If you want a weapon for looks then look into the cash shop covers..

In half a year, level 120 weapons from the same kind of shop will be out anyways so even the 110s aren't worth using GM scrolls on.
In which case, none of them usually are because you can generally find a better weapon for lower than the price it costs to make.

I honestly feel you shouldn't waste GM or 50% scrolls on it, especially when there are better things you could use regardless of aesthetics.
