Can't max Mille Cartes, it's at 14, is this a glitch? Hey guys, a friend is playing Phantom, and apparently he can't max Mille Cartes (it's at 14). He has no extra SP and advanced and still no SP. Has the skill build changed somehow, or is this just a really weird glitch?

So I got a Black Heaven box and it had a temporary LGR (In hindsight I should've screenied the box thing too) Imgur album: I got a bunch of other things including: PermAura Ring ,Kinship Ring, Wolf Familiar card,Char slot Lvl 1-70 potion,30% CS coupon, some title, 2x10k Maple points, Perm Metus pet My desktop with LGR: for "proof" How to get the box: (From what we know so far) 1)Returning mapler after a long hiatus (6months?) 2)You get the LGR for being 200+ (Aura ring isn't cash item tradable FYI) *Edit: 3:17pm est I think I'll name my familiar #THANKSNEXON, anyone else got any better ideas?
Most cost-effective way of upping range at lv. 214? I recently came back to the game after a ~8month hiatus and sadly, I've lost a majority of my friends, and very few people I know have made it this far as a Bowmen type class so I've been trying to google for help/tips. Anywho, currently level 214, and at 343k-403k range clean, 400k-465k w/o my hyper, and only 496k w/ my hyper :~( Not sure what I __should__ focus on upgrading. Mainly aiming for more stats to grind, as I only aim for climbing rankings. A full detailed picture of my gear: Quick summary of my equips/stats: (all items are at 12 star/highest star unless otherwise noted) Belt/Cape tyrants 5* 3/4 Cra set (currently scrolling hat) Rest are emp gear. Do arrows now affect our ranges? So, I remember when arrows used to affect our range, (which was changed some odd months/years ago). But now, my range [i]shows[/i] that it's been increased (using bronze arrows), but I'm not entirely sure if my damage is actually being increased,(since 1watk is so insignificant). Just curious if its been changed or if I'm just being hopeful. :3
