Inner Abilities for F/p

Hey guys. I'm grinding my honor level up and hope to get 60 before the end of this Azwan bonus event. That said, I have a few questions about inner abilities.

[*] Does [b]Additional Damage on Targets with Abnormal Status[/b] apply to poisoned/burning monsters, and does it stack with the effects of Burning Magic? The reason I'm asking this is because the description specifically states "stun, blindness, and freeze status," but MapleStory's description text is often wrong.
[*] Does the +1 attack speed IA apply to cast time?
[*] Are there any IAs that are exceptionally good for F/P mages that other classes don't benefit from?

I love your f/p, after retiring my phantom I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with maple but I've decided to return to my first maple love: f/p archmages. That is all.

Yeah I know, but that's still a long ways away and it's just a 2% loss so I'll just suck it up when it happens.

If you really want to look ahead to future content, you should probably think about what happens when they get rid of multiple identical job cards altogether.

So far I've got 35% innate, +10% Phantom link, +3% Marksman card, +5% Gratias ring for a total of 53%. Forgot about Decent SE; I'll have to consider that. Thanks for the info.

5% base + 30% Arcane Overdrive + 10% Phantom Link Skill + 4% from 2 Crossbowmen Character Cards + 10% Decent Sharp Eyes + 22% Inner Ability = 81%
Hyper Skills will make it 91% and Level 2 Phantom Link Skill will make it 96%, so I would just need another 4% which I can obtain from a few different ways.

How would you achieve 100% crit rate on an F/P? Dual IA crit lines? Potential lines and nebs seem like they're better used for other enhancements.

+1 Attack Speed, % Boss (if you plan to Boss a lot and don't cap on Bosses already), % Critical Rate, or % Total Damage are what I would recommend aiming for, in that order.
I settled with 22% Critical Rate since 100% Critical Rate on an explorer mage would be pretty nice and would get me that much closer to capping 100% of the time on non-bosses.

I believe the +1 attack speed works like a perma decent SI, not sure about the additional damage thing though
