I'm level 140 right now. Where do I train? DIPQ is too hard for me. I have like absolutely no equips.

Yes, at 160 I went straight to first drill hall all the way to 200.
Me range was something around 80-90k slowly went up to 110k towards the end.

Yea, 15x is a drag at mp3... I'm not sure exactly how long, few hours for sure though, and with pendant of spirit, hs, and kanna mules.
you could start the pink bean quest line. im hunting those runes of riches for gear...found a 12% str cape on my pink bean but it was for pirates

i was training there at 2x and it's pretty slow at 155
how much time did it take you to go from 140 to 160?

4% str equips from mpe are better than empress
although you will be taking alot of damage

Have you done your monster park extreme runs yet? They give some nice lvl 140 pensalir/utgard equips to use. I was able to take on DIPQ with all clean lvl 130 equips and from using the boss accessories from the pink bean diary.

I have lv 130 equips from MPE and i was lucky enough to find the lv 130 spear. I have empress hat and overall from the event box so you can use those too. at DIPQ you can find moarrrr lv 140 stuff. we all take that stuff for granted on our mains though lolol
go do mpe and get 4% str on each equip then go do dipq
also save your spell traces to enhance your fafnir at lvl 150
