P/C Two Witches' Hats

I need a P/C on the two following Witch Hat stats. Both are 0 slots.

1: +2 Dex, +12 Int, +90 MP, 15 Weapon Def, 16 Magic Def

2: +17 Dex, +100 MP, 15 Weapon Def, 15 Magic Def

i was searching around and i got a 15dex 5str hat for 6m D:

I had a 17 dex... before I dared try to use that last slot and it went back down to 15.

These hats don't seem to be worth much unless you get really HIGH stats. But that's fine with me, because they're really nice for characters without zhelms. (They REALLY need to fix the stats on "normal" class helmets. It strikes me as ridiculous that a boss drop hat that most people over level 70 have (and which doesn't cost too much) easily beats the stats on a 120 helm. But that's another story.)
