Yeah, pretty much. It's definitely a good set and a cut above most of the standard sets e.g Tempest, Pinnacle, Revolution. But worth its value in leaves in GMS you could just sell up and buy something much better (like most of a clean Emp set; especially for an unpopular class type).
Pieces don't drop from an event boss or anything, that's for sure. I know there's those anniversary gift boxes Cassandra gives you but I have NEVER seen the pig that drops the key so I have 0 clue what's inside them. At a guess I'd say it'd be the Anni white set anyways, the description hints at it and it's suspiciously missing from the (our) store.
