Forget medals, honestly. Aswan during bonus hours. Unfortunate if you can't do Hard mode attack/occupy, but better than medals unless you're level 1 honor.
4 from RA, 2 from Hillla, 2? from easy zak
Just do Azwan during the bonus times, you get something like 110 circulators a day, which is much faster than anything else really.
evo drops medal of honors or you could do azwan to rank up in honor.
RA also drops medal of honors as well, but one per boss. they also drop ability circuits.
