Evolving System Question
When I click the ESS guy it only gives the quest Digitizing 1 and when i click start it says i need to complete A world of My Making quest, but I cant find a quest by that name anywhere

You need to do the digitizing quest first. It's part of the same questline. The digitizing quest requires you to go inside a special version evolving system, made specifically for the tutorial, by yourself. then you do what he says, then eventually you get the quest you're looking for, also don't mind what the monster spawner says, its asking the wrong question, just say yes.
i believe u have to go inside once?
