Lol, it means before this patch if you have 1 level, you can get 500 exp for each level.

They removed the level for the new system.

@LoliconShotz: it won't decrease if you lock your ability with more honor point, you can even lock the lines with the ability you want. They even work at legendary.

The real question is, can you rank up with your rank locked?
Nope it won't.

So if you plan to rank up, you have to risk rank down.

Can you get legendary without nx now like this?

And lol@the cost it takes to lock it to unique and lock 1 stat its 8.1k i think and 5.1k for just locking unique

Seems you can > You can rank up your Inner Ability to Legendary and keep re-configuring them even at the Legendary rank.

What I did was if you want to change like 2 lines out of your 3 you can lock the rank and that one good line and keep changing the other two. As long as you have the honor exp needed.
