can all 4th job skills and hyper skills be maxed?
Can they? or do I have to pick wisely? If that's so... then which skills should NOT be maxed? (I guess that's easier than asking which ones to max)
A link to an updated guide would be very useful. Thanks

Fourth skills are all maxed.
For hypers, you'll get enough for the three active hypers, and choose for the passives. I just reset my hypers again recently after finally figuring out what works for me: Hyper Dex, Hyper Speed (for extra 5% speed), Hyper Crit, Hyper Hp, Hyper Str (that's our secondary stat which we usually don't need anymore, but in this case Hyper Str is more useful than Hyper Luck or Hyper Wep Def...lol), and have one extra sp I didn't bother using and for passives I have all three Ishtar's and two Spikes' to increase damage, boss %, and pdr.
However, when I was still training my merc in the beginning without auto pet buff and without all endgame equips yet, I put sp in Water Shield and Hyper Wep Def, Hyper Magic Def, to help my merc out at sdh. Later on, you'll max out wep def and magic def anyway so that's no longer necessary, but still you might want different passives from me if you boss less and grind more.~

hypers work the same as any other class you get 6SP in S, 5 in P, 3 in A
