Does ones occupation affect their looks to you?

We have attractive teachers in my school, and my friend thinks they're ugly simply because they're teachers.
So basically the rest of the class gave him a scenario, if you saw a really hot girl on the street, talk to her then find out she's a teacher, she's automatically ugly?

He said ya.

Do you agree?
Well, regardless of what occupation anyone has, they're still human. However in his case.. Your friend doesn't think teachers to be as highly as "humans."
Exactly, i told him he's so concerned about the status of someone that it blinds him.
Basically he said the only way for someone to be attractive is for them to be a celebrity to him. He has the highest standards i have ever seen and frankly boosts his own looks. Kind of annoying wouldn't you say?

No. That's just stupid. Looks are looks. Your profession cannot affect that. However, it can affect your attraction to them.

He thinks all teachers are weird and gross. I honestly think someone being a teacher makes them all the more attractive...

Lol your friend's stupid.

Being a teacher doesn't automatically turn you into a grotesque combination of bird excrement and ogre.

I don't agree at all. I think someone's profession can tell a lot about his or her personality, but you can only base looks on looks.

Well not in that sense...
But I mean, if I find out that a girl is working as a prostitute on the street corner, I might be concerned.
