This will sound crazy, but set your computer clock back BEFORE 12 PST, fixes the problem and the calendar reappears.

See THAT im not sure about, it would depend highly on what events are bound by the servers clock, and which are bound by your personal clock.

I am a time lord. In all seriousness though im REALLY surprised this works, kinda weird that some ingame events are bound by your personal clock-time and not server time.
I really doubt this works with most things though (E.g: actual hot times)
