I have 250k range and I can hit 1 mil crits on normal monsters without fc, so I assume that a 350 - 400k range will do it for non-crit attacks

You're probably going to need somewhere between a 230k and 250k range to hit consistent 1m with nothing but self buffs and shadow meld.
Note: I just recently came back to my DB and didn't even realize Hidden Blade adds 10% dmg, so that wasn't included in the screenies.

For me, it took 275k range to do 1m Phantom Blow crits on mobs.
