It used to happen to me prior to getting a good computer and a better internet connection.
It's lag. Either client side, or server-side
It's an old glitch. The first time it happened to me was in cpq.
I had to cc or leave the map. I hope that helps.
I belive it's a type of lag.
Go in the cash shop. Nexon's solution to everything is the cash shop!
