After level 80 your team is pretty much like god.
In game no one is over level 70.
Online your team becomes level 50.
Yes certain Pokemon learns moves at level 100.
The best way to do this is Rarecandy farm.
In Gen 5 you can rebattle this girl in the city where there is sports stuff again and again and the reward is Rarecandy.
In Gen 6 you can farm PokeMiles and then GameSync your game and buy the items online (since it is cheaper) and buy Rarecandy and send them back to the game.
I recommend getting a Audino friend safari farm and max Affection on Pokemon-Amie EXP grind on that till level 60~70 and then Rarecandy the rest.
