Depends on what kind of range you're looking for.
Your equips despite having good %all stat seem to lack other things that could mean a higher range.

For instance you have a PAC. Despite it having a decent amount of All Stat% it lacks having any +Stat at all which is sad. You're better off getting an enhanced Helisium / Nova cape with no potential at all, and it will be better then your Pac.
Same can be said about your Shoes and Belt.
I would sell all 3 and get a Helisium / Nova as that is going to give you a much higher range boost then your current equips.

Getting Helisium / Nova alone is going to give you a much better range.

Personally if I were you I would also replace the earrings for All Stat% earrings.

@OP: You're way to focused on % equips. The % on those equips isn't nearly high enough to beat out decent + equips, assuming the equips you listed are for the most part clean.

get a better shoulder and ring, replace your 10% luk earrings with some sort of %all stat
aim for 6% all stat or higher for all equipment in the 3rd tier (lvl 71+)

OT: yes you will have pretty nice damage enjoy doing ~400-500k's
