Is Ronnies marbles quest bugged?

I made a new Xenon and have been training it. When I try to do Ronnies Marbles quest in Sleepywood (you kill drakes to get the marbles) none are dropping. I have killed several hundred drakes and haven't seen one marble. Every other time I have done this quest it has taken me 3 minutes tops to get them all. I tried killing ice drakes too but they didn't drop any marbles either. Is the quest just bugged, or does Nexon hate me?
