Tower of Oz floor 22 help

This stage confuses me greatly. I know what I am supposed to do, but how do I learn where I can and cannot step? I can make it to the end of the first platform (right when you start jumping on the clouds themselves), but I ran out of time before I could figure out how to jump on the clouds without falling down

Anyone know some tips to make this stage easier?

@xxmcheifxx I looked at those videos. I do better at JQ when I can pull up a map of the layout though and look at that while going through it. Its how I make it through the old 2nd floor every single time. I was looking for one of those since I did not find it when I did a google search. No need to be rude, I just do better when I have a map I can look at instead of watching a video a couple times through. And for the record, I did watch several perfect runs of the floor before trying. It obv didn't help me too much

@everyone else thanks

honestly guys there are a ridiculous amount of resources out there that explain how to do every single stage in detail and even how to do some of them faster.

what's one of the first things you do if you want to know something and want to know? google. this is no different.

when this first came to GMS there were zero english videos/guides and only one korean video past 30F. None past 42f. several people managed to run it enough to figure it out all on their own and mind you, there were no practice tickets. the only thing tower of oz requires now is a time commitment (& damage at some point). it's no longer a challenge.

@xmaplelegend

Or you can just jump on platforms with right-facing grass, because those are the only real ones.

Watch Carte Rosa's video on it it's really good. There are no tips just patience and practice using oz run tickets.
So there isn't just a map like there are for the other JQ stages? That's kinda sad
Here's a map of 22f: http://i.imgur.com/xD862Kk.png
Yeah just look on youtube. It's basically just knowing where the safe spots are. I'm was at the point where I could differentiate the clouds
I found Floor 42 to be harder though
42 is easy mode now that they increased the time it takes for finley to appear.
You serious? Ever since the revamp, Floor 42 is a joke now. You can seriously mess up multiple times and you still can make it before the finley message appears.

@lecarde

You dont really need a map. Go on youtube, watch Floor 42 and observe when the player jumps. Once you get the hang of it, it becomes second nature to know when to jump. When I do oz, on Floor 22, I know exactly when to jump without needing to stop.
I'm just saying for me personally, I took longer to get used to the platforms at the top where the harps spawn. Granted I got a hold of the stage around the 4th time I was there which is kinda long for me since Oz is time consuming enough lol

Atleast we've been able to copy from KMS players how they've been doing, imagine having to figure it all out by yourself </3

Check out a guide on youtube and look where they stand. Do a practice stage of it and use some pills to extend your time and just take it slow. Repeat till you've got it down.
