Death Star hyper

So I was going through the update notes for V132, hyper skills, because of a post on the maplestory forums. Anyway I noticed that when Hyper Skills were introduced, Death Star had a damage cap of 3,000,000 which was 3 times the current damage cap. I think this was something really cool about Death Star that I had forgotten about, and a big part of why the skill was so awesome. Especially considering that the skill has a 8 second cooldown, I think that Nexon should modify the skill so that the damage cap for Death Star becomes 150mil, or even just to 100mil. I honestly believe that this is more in line with the original concept for hyper skills (skills that are way beyond your normal skills, as it is its not that much greater than QT with its cooldown) and the skill itself. Before posting this on the official suggestion forums, I wanted to know if anyone else shared my view on this.

If you happen to think that 150 (or 100) mil per line is too OP I am open to the idea of increasing the cooldown to 10 or 12 seconds.

Edit - I should add that the range increase from epic adventurer would not apply to Death Star. So if the skill was changed to have a 100mil damage cap and you used epic adventurer it would still be 100mil instead of 105mil

sigh, unlimited patch ruined hyper skills. It was first release as a nice burst of damage since it could go pass the old cap. Now, with the 50m cap, most of them has been reduce to being meh AoE. Doesn't feel hyper anymore.

Every 8 seconds, NLs can have 150m per line? That's simply insane.

I'd leave death star as it is.

@AckarRed: Considering, despite what Basil thinks, that by far the vast majority of players will never hit 50mil per line I don't think raising the cap for Death Star to 100mil per line will change anything. Even if they did that, even fewer people can hit 100mil per line. It would only really affect the extremely funded so no, it would not take the fun out of it for the average NL player

I think the purpose of Death Star is to mob, not boss. It's a great instant kill attack for mobs all around you.

@BoBoBo: I completely agree on the 5th job, and I'm not looking for a whole revamp, just this one skill to be changed. They could easily slip that into any patch by changing just a few lines of code.

of course it would be nice for NightLords, but i think with such a change, they would have to take a look at ALL other hyper attacks as well and change them for fairness. And id rather have the 5th job than just a hyper skill revamp
