How should I scroll my risk holder?

I'm completely unfunded, only have about 2bil and I was wondering how to scroll my claw. Should I use the 70% 5att option since it is so much cheaper and then just innocence it later when I am more funded? Or should I use the 15/30% option and wait til I'm done with it? Since star force is coming I feel like the 70% option is better since its so much easier to get stars now, which means that I won't have to worry about the stars when I go to innocence it, but I wanted to get other opinions before I started scrolling.

@ox0Shad0w0xo: No. After star force they will be cheap, and easy, to get until the 12th star or so. That's why I wasn't worried

@Lecarde Okay sorry. It didn't sound that way from the wording "which means that I won't have to worry about the stars when I go to innocence it" made me think you meant you would only have to enhance it once.
Er.... you realize the innocent scroll will remove the stars right? So 70% scrolling it now and 15% scrolling it later would still mean you have to worry about stars. But yes, you can just rescroll it later on once you have more money. You will have to enhance it again as well though, so don't go thinking enhancing it now will save you from doing it once you reset the scrolls.

Edit: And as above said, the more attack the weapon has the more attack you get from each enhance. It's why enhancing a +4 weapon isn't as good as enhancing a +10. It goes like this:

1-49 attack = +1 attack
50-99 attack = +2 attack
100-149 attack = +3 attack
150-199 attack = +4 attack
200-249 attack = +5 attack
250-299 attack = +6 attack
etc., etc.

So if you were to enhance a weapon while it's at 149 attack, that enhance would add 3 attack and bring it to 152 attack. So after that the next enhance would add 4 attack. So adding 10 stars to a 201 attack weapon would be a noticeable difference than doing the same to a 182 attack weapon. Something worth keeping in mind as you scroll and are tempted to enhance early due to some failed scrolls.
I know how enhancing works. If you read my post I acknowledge that I will have to re-enhance if I innocence

Weapon Enhancing gives more watt the more it is present on a weapon. Then again you can always boom (With StarForce) and Innocence later to start over again.
