@soulblade yes. Much better. Had he spent that amount on black cubes it would likely have resulted in his tattoo going legendary and his other items having better potential. (or something around that) if you're going for tier up use black cubes from rare-legendary. Once you reach legendary than you can use some red cubes until you land something decent, after that switch back to blacks to perfect it.
Wouldn't it have been better to use Black Cubes?
