Do you get a new character slot with the v129 patch? They made max slots 24 instead of 18...so I was wondering if they gave out free slots

if I already have 18 slots am I screwed?
Nexon making us buy a slot this time it would seem, so if you're maxed out then there goes 11$ for both classes. Unless they decide to give us a slot before Hayato comes out.
