Maplestory not working
Hello basil, I haven't played for a week or two and I went on and maple story wasn't working. I clicked on play and it go's that HackShield Update Error: 0x30000030(805306416). Does this have anything to do with my hiatus? How should I fix this? I have windows 7 if that makes a diference. I also tried to use gamelauncher. That didn't work.

Well my internet was down during that time, do you think thats the reason? Also can anyone tell me how I can download the update for the hackshield software stuff.
There was a hackshield update sometime ago, I'm not sure the exact time it occurred though. It should've automatically updated, but I'm sure you can manually patch it. Though, I'm not sure if that's the source of your error.
