Don't reroll the Boss. For some classes, boss damage is the best line. Boss > Crit > anything you want. Unless you need Attack speed or buff duration. Also when 5th job comes out, min max crit will merge to crit dmg.

@littletlk: hmm if ya don't have a decent amount of crit re roll then aim for attack on 2nd line i wouldn't say +1 as the best but not that bad either so if you get it don't change

@littletlk: I know, maybe if you have 100% boss att or more, then this 15% boss will worth, but even then, the first line can give up to 30% if I can remember.

But, yeah, I'm with you for re-roll for crit, is a good choice.

I do a lot of bossing on my beginner, so the boss% does help.
I'm considering rerolling the first line for crit rate. If I land it on the first line, I should be able to get close to 100% crit.

Idk if 15% boss is that good for IA, I kinda recommend roll for att speed, crit or buff duration on the first line, so try to get some of these that I said here and look for boss damage again (if you really liked it) on the second line, pretty sure you can get 15% or more in the second line as well.

EDIT: You're a begginer, so yeah, try crit or att speed or base stat for the 1st line. 15% boss won't help you, dude.
