Low empathy is not uncommon. The fact that you're worried about whether or not you are heartless is probably a good indicator that you believe (at some level) that you inherently matter to others, which means you have SOME form of empathy. Whatever tho, man. A lot of the most successful people are utterly heartless. I'd see it as something of an advantage lol

Your heart pumps your blood, so unless you're a skeleton typing this (and we don't REALLY know that you're not) then yes you have a heart.
